Brookeville Bold
The Brookville Bold Red is blend of Tempranillo (70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) from California. After the fermentation was finished, the wine was aged for 8 months in whiskey barrels from our friends at Twin Valley Distilling. Notes of blackberry, currants and mocha are layered deliciously under a whiskey aroma. Fire up the grill and pair this with ribs or burgers.
